When you fill in the form to obtain the Fantasia
Card, you accept and authorize Fantasia Hoteles
and Resorts to use and treat both the information
supplied and generated through the use of the
Fantasia Card, for related uses of the card, as
well as uses the collected data in order to better
understand your needs and to optimise the range
of services which we can provide you with, and
in particular for the following reasons where
applicable: you also authorize other companies
of the same group and those associated to the
card in the touristic , catering, travel agencies
airlines, car rental and sale and promotion of
house sharing sectors. We are trying to offer
a better service as a customer , make you aware
of our services and products of the types of firms
mentioned before so you may get electronic or
ordinary mail. According to the “ Ley Orgánica
15/1999 13th December. (LPD) A file with all the
personal data has been created where the necessary
data for the programme running are kept. Fantasia
Hoteles and Resorts SL ensures that all the information
will be treated confidentially. If you don’t
agree with the way your data are being used you
can contact our Hotel Las Fuentes Customer Department(the
only issue manager ) by ordinary mail to the above
mentioned address and you will be able to exercise
the right to access, withdrawal, amendment and
disagreement.

When you fill in the Online reservations form,
the card holder agrees and authorizes FANTASIA
HOTELES & RESORT S.L.to use your personal
data automatedly in order to proceed to make the
reservation and offer you a wide range of personalized
items and services and improve commercial relations..
You also agree to allow the firms that form FHR,
in the touristic , catering, travel agencies airlines,
car rental and sale and promotion of house sharing
sectors, to make use of this data in and abroad,
for the purposes previously mentioned . We also
inform our customers that their personal data
will be given to those firms involved in the reservation
, the trip and the hotel regardless of where those
firms are located. International data exchange
may occur exclusively in order to make the reservation
and guarantee its successful completion.

being kept in our personnel recruitment database

in and abroad with the only purpose to take part
